Exactly, and the only reason sloth would have for deleting them would be fear that we'd have proof of him doing the very thing he's accusing me of. He would have no reason to delete them if they were friendly.

the difference is he gave sloth the choice of keeping quiet or he got fired. by definition it is blackmail.

I looked at the screenshot and there is NO point where IG states that "be quiet or get fired"

The fact of the matter is that I never fired him or even had the authority to do so at the time. sloth ultimately resigned voluntarily.

It's perfectly relevant. If sloth should face no punishment for what he did, I should face none either.

When the person impeaching me committed a worse offence than what he's accusing me of, that's beyond relevant.

And if that wasn't bad enough already, sloth deleted some of his toxic memechat messages where he threatened me with impeachment, after just recently proposing that deletion of any evidence related to the impeachment should be considered obstruction of justice.
