This is already an option on most mobile devices as a built in feature--simply click "Upload image" and your device will provide a prompt allowing you to select your camera or file browser.

Yeah that's exactly what I was thinking. But then I realized that would have to integrate to the phone and that might be some big-time agreements for phone camera access. Then again, so many aps use it. Like a logical extension to Picture-meme.
