If RUP wants to found their own bank with their own bylaws and administrators, they can. But it’s tough and now they’re politically damaged, not sure it’ll take off.
My bank isn’t coming back till after October’s election, if the next government wants to formally ratify it. This Congress couldn’t even pass a Bank bill when I did 99.9% of the work. So, this Congress misses out.
