Impeachment trial planning & preparation.

Subpoenas: This RUP government is instructed to preserve, collect, and produce the following documents:

—IG’s entire mod logs for IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS dating back to Pr1ce’s inauguration;
—Any memes or comments by IG which reference homosexuality.

^Any spoliation (i.e. deletion) of evidence under subpoena will be considered obstruction of justice.

So if I post something OlympianProduct deletes for being "homophobic" he's obstructing justice? lol nice

Anywho. Going forward, any stream or Community mod is advised to screenshot IG’s content in order to preserve evidence.

If OlympianProduct or Envoy or whomever fails to screenshot your comment before deleting it, then congratulations, you just got away with it.

But if you or another RUP mod does it, without screenshotting, then it’s obstruction of justice.

If you guys decide to use me as an attorney, I gotta know when the trial is well in advance. My current schedule means i will likely miss the actual trial so i need advanced notice so i can get the prosecution copies of my evidence & any statement I make.

Fair enough. I have plans for the pretrial depositions to be conducted over a day or two. I’ll ask questions and then the witness can answer next time they’re online.

With people in different time zones all around the world, there’s no way to get everyone in the “same room” at the same time. Especially with 15 in Congress as “jurors” who are hardly ever here anyway. So the formal trial would work the same way — spaced out.

Just let me know what you need. My days are pretty busy so I may not get back to you right away, but I should be able to get back to you within 12 to 24 hours.

We’d be doing it spaced out to accommodate everyone’s schedules.
