Akshually a few guinea pigs were harmed when some scientist took some deactivated covid viruses (only the shell without the internal genetic material) and let some guinea pigs breath them in. The pigs got lung damage from the sarscov2 spike protein after the exposure. This is how we found out that the spike protein that the vaccine was producing was cytotoxic... but no one seems to care about that or the pigs themselves.
