No I don't realise that because it's not true. Three Congressmen were the 2nd place finishers in the election, and 12 of them were appointed by the President, Vice-President and Head of Congress who were democratically elected by the voters of IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS.

I know they're not DIRECTLY elected, but they're infinitely more democratic than the unelected all-powerful stream owners.
