I was seeing how close were you in killing yourself. It ranges from having a thought of suicide to having the means to do it.

If you think about the cause of it and find a solution, it might help. If you just want to be happier, maybe try doing something that you used to do. It can make you happy if you find a memory that you haven’t thought about for a while. I think it helps because it reminds me of when there were no troubles in the world (for me)
