Think about it. Cartoons and cartoon characters are dynamic. Characters in cartoons have development, instead of just the same old person over and over and over and over and over and over again.

It's actually correct. Cartoons have episodes that twist and turn and are all different. Anime just has the same episode but with a different villain.

Cause I know for a fact that Anime's are all different and they have an actual PLOT instead of most cartoons that just do random Shit that literally lowers your IQ Because it lowers your attention span and problem solving skills.
Also- Technically- an Anime is a form of Cartoons.

Cartoons have different flavors in them that make it even better than anime which just has the same plain old flavor. When I was little, I used to make up new episodes of cartoons. When it's the same episode over and over again, it just sticks with you and you miss the fun of making up another episode yourself. Also, cartoons can boost your self esteem because you don't have to be "cute" to be a good character. Anime lowers your self esteem because the characters have unrealistically "cute" looks that make people think they have to look that way to make everyone like them. Anime all looks the same. The same plot with different characters. And anime is just 30 minutes of "entertainment." Cartoons offer an entire path of experience. Also anime has the dark moments wayyyy too visible and you miss the fun of trying to look for them (or even making them up) yourself.

Anime's also have different flavors, When I was little me and my sisters used to make up our own Episodes of Pokemon, and Pokemon is one of the Most Bland of the Anime's (Modern Pokemon not the Classics)
