They are required to provide proof to the court, which they did. Courts do not accept filings based on someone's word. If you say evidence exists, you must make it available to the court. They are not required to make it available to the public, no matter how Jiggy or Fly some people might think they are. In fact, if the prosecutors presented this evidence to the public, they might be successfully accused by defense lawyers of trying to influence potential jurors.

If you don't understand my answer above, this may be a waste of my time. The way the system works is lawyers are required to present proof with their filings. The court rejects unsupported filings. So, again, they presented the proof to the court and would not automatically present it to the public for the simple reason I have already given.

You can ask the DOJ, under the FOIA for the videos.

Pelosi is locking up protesters for months at a time for non-violent protesting in our nations capital. People are just trying to avoid being rounded up by the federal government and held without valid cause.

Someone needs to fill the holes in your knowledge. The Legislative branch of government does not have the power, facilities or authority for "locking up protesters for months at a time for non-violent protesting." In our country, that responsibility falls on the Executive branch. Ms. Pelosi is a member of the Legislative branch. Most of those protesters were incarcerated when Trump was President and released pending disposition of their cases under Biden. Yet, neither president played a role in the arrests or releases. The people who were arrested on January 8 were taken into custody for breaking the law, not for belonging to a political party. And, they were arrested by Capitol Police, Metropolitan police, the National Guard and other Federal Officers who assisted their fellow officers who were outnumbered and under vicious attack at times.
