{ = The intro, which I said was good
[ = Obnoxiously repetitious meaningless garbage
{Another head hangs lowly
{Child is slowly taken
{And the violence, caused such silence
{Who are we mistaken?
{But you see, it's not me
{It's not my family
{In your head, in your head, they are fighting
{With their tanks, and their bombs
{And their bombs, and their guns
{In your head, in your head they are crying
[In your head, in your head
[Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie
[What's in your head, in your head
[Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie, oh
[Do, do, do, do
[Do, do, do, do
[Do, do, do, do
[Do, do, do, do
Another mother's breaking
Heart is taking over
When the violence causes silence
We must be mistaken
It's the same old theme
Since nineteen-sixteen
In your head, in your head, they're still fighting
With their tanks, and their bombs
And their bombs, and their guns
In your head, in your head, they are dying
[In your head, in your head
[Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie
[What's in your head, in your head
[Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie
[Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh, ay, oh, ya ya
So, if you break it down, these are the lyrics that are not part of either the intro, that I admitted was good (in fact, extraordinarily good), or repetitious garbage:
Another mother's breaking
Heart is taking over
When the violence causes silence
We must be mistaken
It's the same old theme
Since nineteen-sixteen
In your head, in your head, they're still fighting
With their tanks, and their bombs
And their bombs, and their guns
In your head, in your head, they are dying
Now keep in mind, I was being generous by not marking the 'in your head, in your head' part, as well as parts from the intro as 'repetitious', which they kind of are, but at least they're not as nonsensical and meaningless as yelling 'zombie' or 'in your head' repeatedly by itself. So, yes - I'm sorry, but the song as a whole kind of sucks. If you want to figure out what percentage is that repetitious garbage outside of the intro, it appears to be at least half of the song just by a cursory glance at the brackets that I made to indicate the repetitious lines...
