And not enough education on all the failings of communism is generally how communists come to power.

You are a left wing authoritarian, so unless you prefer being labeled as some other sort of authoritarian group, communist is what we are going with when describing the Nerd Party.

N.E.R.D. Party’s many lib-left members would take exception to that description.

Most renditions of the “political compass” are misleading in this respect: They fail to carve out a fifth quadrant for centrism. To this extent, it promotes polarized thinking.

Regardless of the exact quadrant they fall in, anyone who takes a political compass test and falls within a centrist box shares more in common with each other than with the far-out extremists on the edges.

I took one test and fell slightly within the auth-left quadrant, but that makes me no more politically extreme than someone who takes the same test and falls slightly within the lib-right quadrant. Or slightly within auth-right or lib-left.

Sure, you have a point about political compass tests, they aren’t really accurate and are especially bad the closer to the center you go. I’ve been placed all over the political spectrum from near Ancap territory to centrist, and even had a couple say I’m a Democratic Socialist. In reality I’m a somewhat left leaning person, but with plenty of conservative values. However, I am definitely a centrist. You on the other hand, if you are a centrist, then Joseph Stalin leans slightly left.

Well this is what I got on the last test I suffered through that was 150+ questions —leans left indeed but you can’t even really detect that I’m in that auth-left quadrant. If I am it is by the thinnest margin.

Haha, very funny Trevor. I’m definitely on Romney’s left; he’s a crony capitalist if there ever was one. The only reason you and the other leftists simp for him is because he said Orange Man Bad; you all did the same thing with the war criminal George W Bush as well. If Romney and the other Never Trumpers toed the party line, you all would be screeching about how they enabled the Tangerine Tyrant or some other nonsense like that.
