You have to vote it into existence. Retroactive laws are unconstitutional.
You have to pass a constitutional ammendment forming a bank and economic system or it doesn't count. But you can't do it retroactively. You have to start from zero and have the system formed by the community. Rubber stamping communism doesn't count.

Side bar: I like and support Slothism as it's fun. But don't you dare tell me an economic system where the government owns all the money and doles it out to party members to not work is based on capitalism or democracy. It is communist style socialism.

I disagree — but anyway, if the government doesn’t like any aspect of how the financial system works, they have the power to change it. Or abolish it entirely.

I did the best I could to be fair setting it up, but I don’t believe the decisions I made about the Bank are necessarily the be-all, end-all. I see it as a starting point that can be tweaked and fixed by the government to its liking.

We have a Head Banker, which is formally Luigi_Official, although I’ve taken most of the heavy lifting setting it up and promoting it, I’d like him to run it if he can. I see the Head Banker as the person who manages the day-to-day.

Would the Secretary of Treasury be the liaison to the IMGFLIP_BANK in a political sense? Deciding things like salary rates and what PRESIDENTS cash can be used for? Sort of like the Head Banker’s boss?
