Other thing currently prohibited in PRESIDENTS: Assassinations.

The IMGFLIP_BANK manages currency, but the government is the ultimate issuer of currency and the ultimate decider of what’s allowed. Consider these examples:

—A Party could run on a platform of bringing back Assassinations for instance. I personally think it’s a stupid idea, but if a new government passed legislation to legalize Assassination then I as a banker would be forced to honor hitman transactions.

—A communist government could decide to redistribute wealth, level out everyone’s salaries, and prohibit the exchange of goods and services for cash, which would make the Bank basically meaningless.

—A future government could even decide to close everyone’s bank accounts and shutter the Bank entirely. Then I’d be out of a job. Tough break!
