You are just wrong. If you think you are correct, then post the part of the constitution that talks about over turning elections after that fact.
At this point, there is impeachment, or resignation. After impeachment, the vice president is sworn in. After that, you are back to impeachment or resignation.
At this point, there is no legal recourse. There is no precedent for what has happened. The time for the courts, was before the swearing in; they did not act. That is an act of misfeasance, which needs to be taken care of; SCOTUS judges can be impeached, and that clearly needs to start happening, if they refuse to act as a co-equal branch of the government.
I am not even American, and even I know this stuff. Stop beclowning yourself. Just admit you were taking in by the long con of Q, and forgive yourself, and move on.
