I'm surrounded. We're at a federal government agency (not going to say anymore than that) everyone is just slightly removed from academia, they've all got Masters degrees to do a job that anyone with a high school diploma can do.

To the OP's point, the cabinet level director puts out a weekly newsletter and it reads like Biden (NMP) campaign propaganda. Every single issue has had at least one mention of "build back better" and "going green".

True - I'm constantly looking for a new job, but I'm grossly overpaid and need every penny just to keep gas in my car and groceries in the house.

I couldn't imagine working in a environment like that... My cousin is high up in the D.C. food chain... I would be welcome at her house anytime but political talk wouldn't ever come up.. Besides D.C. would be the last place on earth I would want to visit anyways LOL

Right? The last time that I was in DC was December of 2019, totally different times!
