Anyone wanting to 'enroll' in Starlight University and be part of the next Starlight University RP, this comment thread is your place to sign up! Just give me your character and a brief description of their powers, and we'll see if you can be accepted. No OP characters, though, and I'd prefer it if you didn't use characters from existing franchises (looking at you, FNF fans.)
