Because they have a union that is powerful. I used to not like unions but the older I get the more I appreciate them .
Yes they are often corrupt and usually support leftist idiots but workers are generally better off with a union then not .
Having said that it is also possible that the reason they are exempted I because they were a big part of the election fraud that installed this senile pedophile traitor.
