And most state constitution's go against laws made by State Governments to protect Pharmaceutical companies when one of their products permanently injures a citizen. How Judges interpret these State and Federal laws depend on political affiliation, age, and gender. It is near impossible for anyone to get compensation for injuries brought on by a pharmaceutical company that fails to inform a doctor about how a drug or medical device works, or doesn't work. The Law then put the responsibility on the doctor to inform their patients personally, even after giving FDA approved pamphlets and marketing to their patients. Sometimes this information omits potential side effects and dangers to both the doctor and patients in regards to using a prescription or medical device. Still Doctors are always the one responsible for anything that goes wrong with a products sold by a pharmaceutical companies... The Constitution of Fed and State means nothing when it can't protect citizens from mega giants who rewrote laws that are interpreted above the constitution when it boils down to a court room.
