Ok. I've given birth 4 times. I don't understand how a woman can not know she's carrying a human bean all the way to birth!?!

I have no idea darlin, I guess some people just aren't in tune with their own bodies...or are terribly irresponsible...

Firstly, they could possibly be in a starving country. Quite common to have a bloated stomach when near starvation because of the remainder of the fat and water forming a final stand from dying
