I saw a reporter on FOX believe it not quoting a story from one of the NYC rags that stated that one in three Americans has experiences a "weather disaster" in the last three months!
I couldn't believe it. Maybe we're lucky in Colorado. We get a couple of blizzards a year, a flood or mudslide or fire in the mountains, a few wimpy tornadoes, some hail storms, but that's about it.
I wonder though, what are they counting? For example, For example, I-70 was closed near Glenwood Springs due to a mudslide for about a week. Are they saying that affected me in Denver even though I had no need to use that highway?
Or, another example, are they saying that wildfires in points west of Colorado make the air quality bad here. Are they counting that?
Sorry that this is long, not to take away from your meme, but I always question these studies and reporting that have such dire results.
