The photo, doctored or not, does not change the fact that Margaret Sanger was a racist. Planned Parenthood was started as a socialists eugenics project with the goal of breeding out certain undesirable people. One group she particularly focused on were blacks. "The Negro Project" was her plan to eliminate the black race through abortion and contraception.
If Sanger was alive today she would be overjoyed that the Democrats got blacks to abort their children in higher percentages than all other races. In some areas blacks are aborting more of their children than birthing. Sanger would be overjoyed.
BTW Hillary, on several occasions, praised Margaret Sanger. So did Adolf Hitler and Sanger was a fan of Hitler as well. She was a 20th century Progressive. They all loved Hitler, Stalin and Mussolini. They all loved socialism, fascism, communism and Nazism. And they were all Democrats, the predecessors of today's Democrat party.
