A famous example would be the YouTuber “MacDoesIt”. He built a career for years off of reacting to anti-gay material, only to make a video a couple years later explaining that he was actually straight

And now, biphobic gays are using it to gatekeeper against bisexuals (especially if their preference is towards the opposite gender).
