No, to my knowledge, they were two different Neo-Nazis who met on a different social media site.

Their personalities weren’t quite the same; MoonMan was a bit more articulate, a better memer from a technical perspective, and more fluent in the Neo-Nazi propaganda. I think MoonMan was the real brains behind it, and WN was more like a mentee of his.

WN gets more attention because he was more persistent. MoonMan had by my count only 3 or so Imgflip accounts.

It’s possible MoonMan was behind some of the WN accounts, or WN was reposting MoonMan’s stuff because he idolized him.
