Maybe you would like to know about HCQ as well.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1232869/

...Chloroquine is effective in preventing the spread of SARS CoV in cell culture. Favorable inhibition of virus spread was observed when the cells were either treated with chloroquine prior to or after SARS CoV infection.....

....The infectivity of coronaviruses other than SARS-CoV are also affected by chloroquine, as exemplified by the human CoV-229E [15]. The inhibitory effects observed on SARS-CoV infectivity and cell spread occurred in the presence of 1–10 μM chloroquine, which are plasma concentrations achievable during the prophylaxis and treatment of malaria (varying from 1.6–12.5 μM) [26] and hence are well tolerated by patients. ...

That article is from 2005 and was for a different corona virus.

So? SARS is very similar to what we have going around now. Both are coronaviruses with the spike protein. The mechanism of cell infection is the same in both viruses, attacking the ACE-2 receptor.

1. Ivermectin is approved by the FDA for human use 1988. It is effective against a parasite that causes river blindness.

2. It is legal and common for drugs to be prescribed off label. HCQ is frequently prescribed to treat lupus and some arthritis, although it was approved for use against malaria.

3. There are studies that show ivermectin is affective in vitro against some viruses such as HIV and West Nile.

4. Question authority.

5. I did. When I tested positive for Covid, I got prescriptions for HCQ, ivermectin, zinc, and antibiotic. Three days later I felt 100% better.

Hey, you were luckier than this guy

“He didn’t want to see a doctor, because he didn’t want to be part of the statistics with COVID tests,” she said.

He then tried unproven ivermectin — a livestock dewormer that has been denounced by the FDA — high doses of vitamin C, zinc aspirin and an inhaler, the Standard-Times reported.

I’m not sure I was luckier. Some of the people I’ve seen in the news regarding anti-VAXers etc. who died sure seem to be suffering lifestyle co-morbidities.

I read somewhere that 40% of the people who died from coronavirus are diabetic.

do you have a genetically identical twin so that we can repeat the same experiment without the medications to see if they were likely to have any effect, or it was just that you'd have recovered anyway?

You are welcome!

I have even better than a genetically identical twin.

conclusions:
Meta-analyses based on 18 randomized controlled treatment trials of ivermectin in COVID-19 have found large, statistically significant reductions in mortality, time to clinical recovery, and time to viral clearance. Furthermore, results from numerous controlled prophylaxis trials report significantly reduced risks of contracting COVID-19 with the regular use of ivermectin. Finally, the many examples of ivermectin distribution campaigns leading to rapid population-wide decreases in morbidity and mortality indicate that an oral agent effective in all phases of COVID-19 has been identified.

I know there’s a lot of science in this one, but it’s the microbiology of the interaction between antivirals and the coronavirus that matters.

The vaccine doesn’t work out so well for everybody either.

That's very rare, and some people will die in a car crash driving to or from getting vaccinated but we still encourage them to go and get vaccinated

I believe a lot less could’ve been spent on early treatment with HCQ, ivermectin, zinc, anabiotic and have better results per dollar than vaccines

Please ensure that if you catch covid19 and end up seriously ill, you don't take up an ICU bed which could have gone to someone more deserving.
And also get a relative to post an update here, so I can upload a screenshot to

Already had covid. Got over it in three days using HCQ, Ivermectin etc.

Wait, that sounds like the opportunity to make a vaccine! So you're pro vaccines now?
0 ups, 3y
That makes no sense?

The present experimental thingy is not a “vaccine” which is mostly ineffective in preventing acquiring and spreading the virus. Have you ever heard of breakthrough polio, small pox or rubella cases? Neither have I.
If people desire to take it, that is their choice. And vice versa.
