The irony, of course, is that it's not a joke where the incompetent leftist Commander-IN-Chief, Dementia Joe Biden, is concerned. He mentally fell asleep when 'overseeing' the evacuation and turn-over of Afghanistan and as a result many civilian and U.S. military personnel inside the 'car' he was driving . . . died.
