The Afghans don't stone their women and girls - it's the Taliban that do it. When we went into Afghanistan, the Taliban were deposed - no longer running the country....no longer killing women and children and dissidents. During the time we've been in control - girls are allowed to go to school, attend college.
Pulling out of Afghanistan (the way it's being done) opened the door for the Taliban to take over and resume killing where they left off 20 years ago.
