Joe went the furthest that he ever has to go right up to the line to claim that Beau's death was combat related. If it WAS from the burn pits, etc., in Iraq well then, these potential risks were well known and Joe was VPOTUS for eight years to alleviate or eliminate those risks and did NOTHING.
