Oh, I don't know...perhaps those that work for the F**KING US GOVERNMENT and others who were convinced by OUR LEADERS that Afghanistan would be good place to invest their time and money in.
Oh, and a variety of Gov't contractors, DOD support, tech-reps from the myriad of companies that supplu opur drones, airplanes, helicopters, etc.
Oh, and teachers and NGO's that are there to help the Afghans.

It would have been nice if our own Government had given all of those a HEADS UP

Afghan- 20 years of nation building and the women seem to be more angry about losing the country than the men do.
Ukraine- they are all pissed off and ready to fight for their country- big difference
