3 and 4 aren't really manipulation though are they? Those are exchanges.

Maybe. Exchanges are a way to get someone to do what you want though. So it's still a way to manipulate people

Grocery stores manipulate you every day. Items with the highest profit margin and put specific locations to manipulate which products you buy. If you don't know that, maybe you are thinking like a child. Oh look, candy! 😂

And violence is the exact opposite of manipulation...but I'm guessing that's why you chose to ignore that one 🤣

Depends again. They are manipulating those that see the violence done to others. "Behave or this might happen to you". Using fear to gain compliance. That's exactly what manipulation is.
