You only get in if you're gonna vote democrat!

Biden doesn't care about the Mexican border because he know they'll prolly vote for him.
He knows that the Cubans will vote against him because socialism leads to communism, which is what they're fleeing.
He doesn't care about the Afghanistan people because he knows the threat he put them in and how they will hate him. Leading to them voting against him.

I'm very concerned for their lives.
It's probably a foolish hope, given the seriousness of their situation, but I hope each and every one of those people can get to safety. After that, I don't care how they vote.
But of course, you're entirely correct about their most likely voting tendencies.

I think he is also right about Biden not giving a rats ass about any of those people.
