We’d definitely need someone to be a central banker. To: (1) Log whenever people get paid (everyone who’s active in PRESIDENTS, i.e. makes at least one featured meme per week, gets an allowance every week, to be paid on Friday night), and (2) to log any transaction that takes place, so we know exactly how much money people have at any one time.

You could do anything with the money. Buy upvotes, buy followers for your stream or profile, get someone to make you a template or a campaign ad, purchase a theme week, etc. etc. Be creative!

IMPORTANT RULES TO KEEP IT FUN AND SAFE:

1. No vote buying.
2. No “prostitution” — i.e. no mixing money with requests for any sexual content.
3. No using money to purchase harassment, hits, or attacks on other memers or streams.

Violation of these rules could result in a financial penalty or even closing your account, at the central banker’s discretion.

Nice. It would be nice to have a currency system so everything just goes smoother.

ALLOWANCE: Potentially, people could get larger weekly allowances if they’re more active here. The issues there are:

(1) Don’t want to encourage people to flood a bunch of random thoughtless content to the stream just to “earn money.”

(2) Keeping track of it all. The central banker’s job would be very difficult and require a lot of organization. The more complexity in distributing income, the more difficult.

(3) Double-paid. If someone is paid to make a campaign ad and then gets paid again by the banker for the same content, that doesn’t seem fair.

So perhaps larger incomes up to 3, 4, or 5 featured memes per week, but no more than that or it would get out of hand.

Central Banker could use an Assistant Banker. And for that, I'm down.

Also people dont pay the person. They pay directly to the bank account of the person. That way, the banker can properly overseer all transactions
