A group called nato wanted to rule the galaxy so they got a group of genetic scientists or smth to create a creature to make sure that no one stands against them
After three months of them doing their thing, standing at six metres tall, able to change arms into weapons was Nemesis, they sent him to various planets, killing leaders and stuff like that so they wouldn’t go against nato, after a few months of travelling between planets he learned he could teleport after gaining enough electrical charge, when he teleported it would disable nearby electrical appliances, only one planet tried to fight against him and he destroyed it
