Crime rates after getting rid of prisons and releasing convicted felons: 📈📈📈📈

How can one be so oblivious to the fact that if you let criminals go, they will commit more crimes?

While homicides increased 33%, violent crime overall increased by 3%. Still, cities that drastically reduced their jail populations saw less crime:
