Eh, a bit of both. It mainly started when -if you read PR1CE’s constitution- AndrewFinlayson -Pepe’s owner and Vice President- removed IncognitoGuy’s- RUP’s owner, Vice President and incumbent HOC- mod illegally so then the situation unfolded and thanks to a vote, IG got his mod back. Then, Andy decided to reboot Pepe and out of nowhere, ChthonicGnosis- Pepe’s Campaign Manager- suddenly just started posting pro-Pepe memes and nsfw stuff. The latter has caused Wubbzymon- Incumbent President for the RUP- to bring up a 4 NSFW post limit per day that Congress is agreeing on. That’s off topic though. Then Pepe brought up more controversy when they hired SurlyKong69- An RUP Member- to be their president.

Basically, Pepe wants to stop ‘corruption’ when they will cause it themselves.
