I think that's a little extreme, but I do agree he needs to stay on-topic and quit posting unnecessary NSFW. We need to balance protecting the stream with supporting free speech.

IMO you have always had trouble with plain English, understanding the Terms of Use on the site and the Stream Rules here. Stream Owners can and should enforce Stream Rules. You seem to have a problem with that for no reason.
