Reminder that Biden has simply carried through a U.S. withdrawal that Trump approved and conservatives cheered at the time.

So long as we can get Afghan support personnel (I.E the translators) and their families out and bring them here I'm in full support of the withdrawal.

Hopefully this marks a new era of U.S foreign policy where soft power is used first and we reserve hard military power only for times it is truly needed.

We'll see though...

You know what would've been both cheaper and more effective?

Just giving every woman in Afghanistan a gun.
