This is NOT Biden's fault because since he is a leftist he is inately incapable of learning anything meaningful whatsoever from a study of history. The people claiming to have voted him into office -- whether or not they really did -- must know this themselves . . . since they are also leftists, and so are themselves innately incapable of learning from history.
