The races are cometely equal, but "people of color" (their words not mine) have a unique and useful perspective.
Gender is a social construct and doesn't exist, but if you display a stereotype of one of those genders you are one of those genders.
Tolerance is the most important virtue, and you must destroy anyone who doesn't agree with this.
Gays believe that gender is paramount and important, while Trans people believe that gender doesn't exist, but both of their ideas should be true at the same time.
Women's rights and gay rights are important, but all cultures are equal and should be respected (just don't ask them about how Muslims treat gays and women)

You must forget that the real minimum wage is zero.
Minimum wage laws are really designed to hurt the poor in three ways;
1. Take someone who is disabled or disadvantaged in some way. Maybe with their maximum effort they could produce 10 dollars worth of value an hour. An employer may hire them and pay them 9 dollars an hour for their work. If minimum wages were raised to, say, 15 dollars an hour, that person would now be unable to find work. They would now become a dependant of the state - which is the point, because someone who is dependant on the state for survival is more likely to vote to increase the power of the state.
2. Unions always favor increases to the minimum wage even though their workers rarely make minimum wage. Take a skilled union employee who's union charges 25 an hour for his labor. An owner may discover that paying 2 unskilled laborers 10 dollars an hour could get the same work done with less cost, but if minimum wages were raised to 15 dollars an hour, then the unskilled laborers would cost more than the union employee. Minimum wages are designed to hurt the unskilled laborer and force them into accepting welfare.
3. Minimum wage laws when combines with free trade encourage businesses to take their jobs overseas to markets where there is no minimum wage laws. This reduces the number of jobs available, throwing more people into bread lines ( but again, this is on purpose)

If you want people to make more money the best way to do that - instead of artificially boosting the cost of work - is to increase the value of labor. Restricting immigration and free trade reduces the labor pool and increases the cost of labor naturally and in turn reduces the value of capital (something a leftist should be able to get behind).

But the bottom line is this: never in the history of the minimum wage has jacking up the minimum wage directly lead to job loss. It hasn't happened. Most minimum wage employers are minimally staffed anyway and can't cut jobs. The increased dollars in the hands of workers leads to more demand and thus more business opportunities and thus MORE jobs.

Making it more complicated than that doesn't make it correct. It just makes it an unreadable wall of jargonbabble.
