Is there a set date or just whenever your party decides to start?

Well, the current congress's days are numbered.

The guy who's currently the HOC is running for VP, so even if his party wins the HOC position, congress will still be dramatically diffferent.

You guys (HCP and 3rd parties) need to be broadcasting your plans for what you would do if elected.
Debate is great, but the only people who attend the debates already know who they are gonna vote for. Behapp beating me in a debate gains you a grand total of ZERO votes cause the only people who feel like reading all the comments sections to find the debates already know they're voting [whoever.]
