In a tyrant-free country, the leader is a success only if the people he "serves," succeed." Getting sick and dying from a disease because the Tyrant blocked distribution of supplies, promoted unsafe events and practices and even misled people about "cures," because it focused power and attention on the Tyrant is not the kind of "success," we are used to in a "free," country.
