There was an alt that voted (it was the first vote on the voting stream for last election) no one was saying any thing about the account and when I looked at the account it looked like an alt so I said some thing about in on the IP stream and then RUP said it was an alt after I had to say it was an alt so my theroy is that rup dose not care if you have an alt if you use that alt to vote for the.
