I know you believe it's what will help but politics is all about saving face. If they roll out mandates without the "vaccine" aka mRNA gene therapy being approved; if the vaccine turns out to be dangerous, then even the people so quick to defend it and every sceptic will cause such an uproar that no politician will be able to walk down the street anywhere. Think about the big picture, even Sleepy Joe is his dementia addled mind knows that.
