I think the leather goes on the inside for padding.
Instead of torch it should be candles, that way we can recreate Kobolds in Minecraft. We should also make it all three but they make different amounts of light.
I think it should be each of those but each one has a different light like torch has least then the most is glowstone and maybe you could craft this together with a helmet to make this super cool
i think the torch and lantern but the lanter gives off more light but its noiser so the warden could hear you but the torch is silent and doesnt last a long time, no glowstone
