It's always raining there and there isn't a lot else for the locals to do - other than drinking, of course :~)

Only kidding - Scotland is a beautiful place and everyone I ever met from there, hsve been great - I prefer the countryside to the cities ... I based my previous comments on the way the UK press portray Scottish inner-city life ... Sorry if I cause any offence :~)
