it's a chromebook, and my sister had been using it a TON before it shut down too so i'm wondering if it's just that. my dad is taking the laptop to get fixed today.

It is possible that the games could've caused it to crash, because chromebooks don't have a lot of RAM
If you can, do a hard reset (reload button on keyboard+power button on side)? idk
it also has been charged it was at 88 before it shut down and when being used for anything other than my sister's stupid cringey games it can last a few hours
although sometimes the screen would freeze while i was using the laptop and i'd have to hold down the power button until it turned off and turned it back on
k so a few weeks ago my laptop shut down and wouldn't turn back on. prior to that event i had visited one or two slightly shady websites but i stayed away from stuff that my dad's security system said was too dangerous. could the laptop have gotten hacked? personally i doubt it but my anxiety thinks otherwise-
i just don't want my parents going thru my account
