It's about some redneck bootleggers who get in trouble with the police in every episode. They usually jump the car over a ravine or pond or another car.
That's it. They happen to be in the south and their car has a flag on it. They don't celebrate the flag, they don't talk about the civil war, they don't talk about other races.....nothing.
