It does not matter the power of the pink boi's opponent, 1 hammer to start, 2 hammers to get some launch, 3 hammers to finish them clean of.

for example, there is snake's down air, which does TWENTY PERCENT. kirby's hammer takes around FIFTY FRAMES or ALMOST A SECOND to even get the attack to start. SEPHIROTH IS A SWORD FIGHTER, kirby's NEMESIS

you're not invincible during the down b, there is just a hitbox.

But if you hit you hit your opponent you knock them back, and in the rock form, or whatever Kirby turns into during down b, you're invincible to 1 hit

Well, they are both powerful beings but I have to say it would be a draw because Kirby never uses his full power and Sephiroth gets too cocky, leaving himself open to attacks

I’ve played smash for more then that and Kirby is one of the worst in the game. Super slow and if he misses an attack he just gets comboed.
