I dunno, no matter how harmless something is, a questionable thing is a questionable thing... if something was made, for the soul reason to make somebody blush or whatever, that should be marked. Like it's mildly suggestive, it should at very least be marked... I dunno. Some people just don't wanna see this sorta stuff, and that's why the filter exists.
