Hey man, how do you do it with these memes? Being able to get tons of points within a few hours? Teach me brotheren

I'm not really good at explaining so I might get some things wrong.
I think I just get popular because I spend more than 10 minutes making a few memes and perhaps if you post in other streams a lot that might grab some attention to your memes. The more you post in other streams the more attention you will have. That's the best explanation I can come up with.
