I believe it was also from before Stream Mods had the ability to issue comment timers on their own streams. If that’s the case it would have had to be a Community Mod acting as a Community Mod.

P1) IG broke the law that was in force. The law he proposed, the law he announced as passed.

P2) Temp means temp. Owners gonna own.

Having watched this stream for awhile and the multiple Owner-government conflicts that have taken place, my view is this:

Owners of this stream ought to do two things: (1) Administer elections, (2) Make sure site TOS isn’t being violated, as all mods must.

Anything beyond that is interfering in the democratic roleplay. If the government is doing a bad job or misapplying its laws, then it’s up to the opposition to figure that out and up to Congress to decide what to do about it. If Congress takes a pass then it can certainly become a campaign issue, and then the voters can ultimately decide whether it was an important controversy or a nothingburger.

If your unilateral demodding of IG without an impeachment trial sparked more of a backlash than his alleged “hypocritical” enforcement of a law, that’s why.

Except we didn't know who Waldo was but "IncognitoGuyWhenCencored" is obviously IG. Cityarcade admitted to being Waldo later AFTER we banned Waldo. So, we can get him back but it's all Citarcade's decision. I don't think he even cares tbh, it was just a troll account.

You have the wrong username for the user who admitted they were Waldo. You should consider deleting your comment lest it may be considered harassment.

It’s when you or AP or any other mod give him comment timers. Waldo is a troll so his bans are reasonable. IG just uses his alts when he can’t comment. Richard by contrast uses his alts to avoid stream bans.
